Hello Kitty (a tribute to Audrey Hepburn)

The presented artwork is the result of my experimentation, still ongoing as of the moment of writing, with AI-assisted infusion of various characters, creatures and objects into a previously computer-generated image (in this case, one of my black and white fractals generated decades ago, shown 2nd in this project batch). This is the technique that I have used for making quite a few high res images by now, spawning thus a whole new style which I call CanvasInfusion (https://www.artstation.com/blogs/encore_art_ai/64eW8/the-canvasinfusion-style-explained). The artistic content of the image draws on my longtime fascination with making and using fractal images as a source material, something that I have been busy with since the mid 1990s, as well as my admiration for Audrey Hepburn. The initial (‘infused’) version was rendered in June 2025; a few months later, it was then substantially upscaled and enhanced via extensive inpainting in Krita AI Diffusion Hires (an AI-enabled extension of Krita, an advanced digital art creation and image editing software), with the goal to elevate it to the HyperPixel standard and publish as a digital art product.
